The alleged abductor of a 14-year-old teenager from Bayelsa State has been taken to the Police headquarters in Abuja.
Spokesman to Zone 1 of the Force, Rabilu Ringim told Vanguard in a telephone conversation that the suspect, Yunusa Yellow, was flown to Abuja on Tuesday morning alongside the victim, Ese Oruru.
According to him, the duo were taken to Abuja to the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase, who will handover the teenager to her parents.
“The girl and the boy have been flown to Abuja headquarters of the Nigeria police for proper handing over to her parent,” Ringim said.
