Two bomb explosions at separate locations in Borno State on Friday have left several people injured and many running to safety.
It was gathered that while one bomb blast took place in Kimba area of the Biu Local Government Area, the other occurred in Sabon-Ngeri area of the state.
However, the actual casualty figure has not been confirmed yet, but security operatives are working to attend to victims of the explosions.
It is suspected that members of the deadly Boko Haram group may have carried out the twin attacks. The group has been responsible for similar attacks in the past in the north east Nigeria.
