Embattled Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has agreed to appear before the Code of Conduct Tribunal on Tuesday, September 22, 2015.

This followed a judgement on Monday by a Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, which failed to stop his trial at the CCT after he had approached the appellate court.
