News reaching us indicates that wife of late sage, Obafemi Awolowo, Madam HID Awolowo, has passed on.
The respected woman was said to have breathed her last on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at her residence in Ikenne, Ogun State.
Her husband died in May 1987.
