Bobola Osetade, the manager of Santee’s Garden and Events located at the Oke Aro axis of Ogun State has reportedly absconded with the money and some other items of the organization.
The alleged stealing and abscondment with the company’s money and item has been lodged with the Agbado Police Station, Ogun State by the management of the orgnisation.
Osetade was said to have run away with over N200,000 and some other items belonging to the company.
It was learnt that the money was made up of unremitted proceeds from sports bet and money made from sales, among others. Some internet facilities were also allegedly taken away by the suspect.
According to investigation by our correspondent, Osetade ran to Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
One of the staffers of the company, who did not want his name in print, also said that Osetade went with his June salary.
“He told me that our boss said part of our salary should be withheld due to low sales, but I later discovered that it was a lie after he absconded,” he said.
Efforts made by Aproko247 to reach the accused on this allegation were futile.
