The management of Lagos State University, LASU, Ojo, has released the academic calender for the 2013/2014 session as approved by the university’s senate.
Kayode Sutton, the school’s spokesman, in a statement issued on Friday, noted that the institution has resumed for the session, revealing also that the first semester of the new session would run for 14 weeks from June 23 till September 22, 2014.
Stating further, Sutton said the university expects its students to resume from recess and commence online registration, and lectures, on June 23, 2014.
In his words, “grading, uploading of results and department/faculty board consideration of results, and the uploading of corrections are expected to have been concluded by the 13th week, which is by September 19. “By September 22, results will be presented for senate approval, and the semester winds up on the same day.”
The statement said the resumption applies to both returning and fresh students.
