Chairman of the Abuja Municipal Area Council, Micah Jiba, has disclosed that the Nyanya Motor Park will be relocated to another place in the city. Jiba made this revelation on Friday while addressing journalists on the second blast at the bus station on Thursday.
“I want to tell you that very soon; we will relocate this park to somewhere else,” Jiba stated, noting that the decision is one the measures by the authorities to address the security challenges at the park.
He urged those behind the explosions to “stop it, they should be their brothers.”
Thursday’s incident was the second in three weeks.
