Information at our disposal indicates that Diamond Bank may crumble if urgent steps are not taken to resolve a lingering leadership tussle presently going on in the financial institution.
The bank has been in the news lately for the wrong reasons which is giving the management of the bank sleepless nights.
It was gathered that the board chairman of Diamond Bank, Pascal Dozie, is not happy with the way the bank’s Managing Director, Alex Otti, is running the bank at the moment.
Otti is said to be aiming to become the next Governor of Abia State and he is reportedly working very hard to achieve his ambition. However, his political dream is said to be clashing with his responsibilities as the bank’s MD, which the bank’s management is not happy with.
While Dozie is reportedly trying to make Otti focus on his present job, the latter is trying hard to merge the two for now until his tenure as the bank’s MD expires in some months to come.
But we have an unconfirmed information that Dozie has now planted his son, Uzoma, to under study Otti in preparation for a possible take over from him (Otti).
