The wife of a senior officer in the State Security Service, SSS, has found herself in court for daring to attack the mistress of her husband.
The man, Edward Magaji, a Deputy Director of SSS serving in Oyo State, dragged his wife to a Yola Chief Magistrates’ Court 5 presided over by Magistrate Abubakar Bako, accusing the woman of damaging the windscreen of his girlfriend’s car.
Magaji gave an oral evidence against his wife in court.
The trained security personnel informed the court that since he purchased a car for his girlfriend, Miss Natasha Aminu Danbaba, a nurse with Specialist Hospital, Yola, his wife has made life unbearable for him.
He further accused his wife of victimising Natasha and going as far as fighting the lady at her (girlfriend) place of work.
The woman has four children for the SSS officer.
Meanwhile, the Judge has adjourned the case to Monday, February 17, 2014 for further hearing.
