A top Pentecostal pastor in Benue State (name withheld) is presently battling to save his head from an alleged ritual mess he has landed himself in, all in the quest to become more powerful in the affairs of the state.
The said man of God is also a prominent figure in the administration of Governor Gabriel Suswam of Benue state.
Reports say that the pastor approached a powerful and notorious occult group in the state to help him kick out the duo of Senate President, David Mark; and the Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, who he said are his major threats in getting a full grip of the political happenings in Benue State.
It was further gathered that few weeks ago, a combined team of local vigilante group and Nigeria Police busted the shrine of the deadly cult members and some items recovered.
Some of the things reportedly found at the shrine were different pictures of David Mark, Gabriel Suswam and Abba Moro.
Some members of the group were arrested while others escaped into the nearby forest.
Meanwhile, investigation into the alleged ritual scandal is still on-going.
