Barely five days after a former Commissioner for Information in Ondo State, Ranti Akerele, died in the state, another Commissioner has kicked the bucket.
This time, it is the former Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, Akerele Adu. He served under the administration of former Governor Adebayo Adefarati, who died in 2007. Adu died at the age of 84.
He was a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC. Adu gave up the ghost at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, OAUTHC, Ile-Ife, Osun State. The late politician died on Wednesday afternoon.
