A star actress in Nigerian, Dayo Amusa, has established a foundation which will mainly focus of the less privileged children in the society.
The filmmaker and singer said her Dayo Amusa Foundation will make efforts to provide quality education for the millions beneficiaries.
According to her, she was moved to embark on this project taking into cognisance the millions of children in Nigeria suffering from lack of education, as well as acknowledging that children are the future leaders of tomorrow and the hope for the future.
It was gathered that the foundation has already kicked off a campaign themed #EducatingOne which is a call to the well to do in the society to support the foundation in funding education for at least one child.
“We believe no child should be uneducated and we are ensuring we put an end to this. If you can’t help a hundred people, just help one.
“Together we can demand a world where every child no matter their background is supported and enabled to reach their full potential,” the actress said.
