KAI Official, Soldiers Cause Chaos In Lagos

There was a mild pandemonium at Ojuelegba, Lagos State on Thursday, August 11, 2016, when an official of the state’s Kick Against Indiscipline, KAI, allegedly slapped a man unknown to him was a soldier.

It was said that the military personnel stood beside a parked van of KAI at Ojuelegba bus stop and was warned to leave, but allegedly refused.

Angered by this, the KAI officer allegedly slapped the man in the process.

It was said that after this, the man called his colleagues, who stormed the area almost immediately.

On sighting the arriving angry soldiers, the KAI officials reportedly fled the scene, leaving their van behind.

It took efforts of policemen from the nearby Area C to bring the situation under control.
