The feud between former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, and his successor, Willie Obiano, seems to have ended.
The misunderstanding between the two political heavyweights in the state was reportedly buried at a ceremony held recently in Onitsha.
Obiano was said to have urged Obi to forgive him for any wrong doings.
At the funeral mass of late former first African Principal of Christ the King College, (CKC) Onitsha, Rev. Fr. Nicholas Chukwuemeka Tagbo, Obiano was said to have turned to Obi to openly beg him.
“May I use this opportunity that Fr. Tagbo is here to ask my brother and friend, Chief Peter Obi if there is any wrong that I have done to you please forgive,” the governor reportedly said at the occasion.
Responding, Obi said he was no more at war with Obiano and promised to support his administration for the betterment of the state.
