The National Association of Forensic and Investigation Auditors led by the President, Mrs Enape Victoria, on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, paid a courtesy visit to the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu.
The group said the call was in solidarity of the enormous task of fighting economic and financial crimes.
The visitors included the Secretary General, Anjorin Folahan Abraham and eight other member Board of Governors.
The association president commended the management and staff of the EFCC for the passion displayed in the anti-corruption fight.
While assuring of the association’s support to the Commission, she urged the Chairman to deploy more technology in the fight.
Magu, while acknowledging the association’s commendation, promised that he is spurred to do more “as we have no other country to call our own. If we don’t put in every effort to exterminate corruption to its barest minimum, we shall have no country to call our own”.
