Some women in support of Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on Monday, July 18, 2016, took to the streets of Lagos to show solidarity for the former First Lady of the state.
Last week, Mrs Tinubu had a bitter confrontation with her controversial colleague in the Senate, Dino Melaye from Kogi State.
The former House of Representatives member claimed Tinubu called him a dog and thug, to which he also replied by calling the wife of National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu, stupid.
The protesters in Lagos, majorly women, have asked Melaye to tender an apology to Mrs Tinubu for insulting her.
