Officers of the Nigerian Customs Service, NCS, have confiscated a petrol truck filled with bales of smuggled second hand clothings.
The heavy duty vehicle was seized by the Customs on Sunday, April 3, 2016, along the Gasau road in Zamfara State.
It was learnt that the tanker was carrying 100 bales of the smuggled clothings concealed in the truck tank compartment.
The vehicle, with registration number XA 475 KGW, was arrested by the Officers of Sokoto/Kebbi/Zamfara Command.
The Customs said investigation is presently ongoing to trace the culprits.
