….In recognition of 1.4 million fan base on the platform
In a bid to foster relationship and retain brand visibility on the platform, representatives of Facebook, leading social media platform last week visited Nigerian personal style and beauty brand, Natures Gentle Touch, manufactured by Recare Limited to recognize its 1.4 million fan base and enhance customer efficiency.

Natures Gentle Touch, the only hair product formulated for Nigerian women is the No 1 brand on the Facebook beauty section, according to statistics by social bakers with over 600,000 fan base ahead of the second brand on the platform in Nigeria.

Head of Facebook Africa, Nunu Ntshingila-Njeke speaking during the session, said according to research, there’s a high growth of video with about 8 billion video views per day indicating that is becoming extremely visual on the platform while encouraging Natures Gentle Touch to take advantage of the opportunity.

Also speaking, the Managing Director, Recare Limited, Chika Ikenga explaining the role Facebook has played in supporting the brand, noted that Natures Gentle Touch has been able to resolve several hair and scalp issues over the years for Nigerians on Facebook.

According to him, “several consumer engagement activities happens on the platform daily which helps us to tackle questions bothering on hair problems, provide hair maintenance tips and resolve several issues relating to the general wellbeing of the hair”.

He added that “our objective is to ensure that our followers and clients are regularly updated about our product offerings and services, also to ensure that every Nigerian woman achieves her beauty goals. Having a hair that is one hundred percent healthy, beautiful and natural is a major part of these goals.”
