Former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mrs. Farida Waziri, lost her daughter, Jackie Ifidon-Ola (nee Waziri) to the cold hands of death.
Jackie, said to be 39 years old, reportedly died in the early hours of Sunday, January 24, of an undisclosed ailment at a hospital in Abuja.
According to the media aide to Waziri, Ade Williams, who confirmed the unfortunate incident, “highly placed Nigerian leaders have been visiting the Waziri family to console them in their Abuja home.”
The deceased was said to be based in London and is survived by her husband, two children and her parents, Senator Ajuji Waziri and Farida Waziri.
