A twin bomb explosion in Kano State on Wednesday evening left tears in the eyes of many residents of the ancient city.
Attacks by suicide bombers at a popular GSM market in Kano on Wednesday left no fewer than 12 persons dead.
The bombers were said to have detonated Improvised Explosive Devices, IEDs, which almost tore the market apart.
As at the time of filing in this report, rescue efforts had begun and security operatives had condoned off the scene of the unfortunate incidents.
Surviving victims are also being rushed to nearby hospitals for urgent treatment.
The attacks are coming barely 24 hours after some terrorists struck in Yola, the Adamawa State capital, where many people were feared dead.
