There was pandemonium on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, in the hallowed chambers of the House of Representatives when two of its members exchanged resounding slaps.
Crisis erupted between the lawmakers over the composition of the standing and special committees by the Speaker of House, Yakubu Dogara.
It was gathered that Honourable Hermans Hembe and Aliyu Madaki of both opposing camps threw caution into the winds and freely exchanged slaps between each other until they were stopped.
It took the prompt intervention of their colleagues to separate them, but not until they had turned the House into rowdiness.
