Ten ministerial nominees will be screened on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, by the Senate, according to the order of proceedings released.
Among these nominees are National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Lai Mohammed and former governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi. Also to be grilled today are Audu Ogbe, Amina Ibrahim Mohammed and Usman Jubril.
At the session which has already commenced, the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, read out the names of the second batch of the list sent by President Muhammadu Buhari.
In the second list were 15 names, who would also be screen and confirmed by the red chambers of the National Assembly.
Before the screening of the nominees, the Senate went into a closed session.
