The Election Tribunal in Abia State has granted the prayer of candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in the April 11, 2015 governorship poll, Alex Otti, to bring election materials of Obingwa to the court premises for inspection by APGA lawyers.
At the hearing on Friday, the judges struck out all the motions moved by lawyers of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP; the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC; and governor of the state, Okezie Ikpeazu.
