Nigerians may be forced to undergo another round of hardships due to scarcity in Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, commonly known as petrol.

The queues only disappeared in most parts of the country about three to four weeks ago after a shortage of supply of the product across the country about two months ago brought the nation to her kneels.

This was as a result of the decision of major marketers in the country not to supply fuel to filling stations due to subsidy claims.

But just when Nigerians were forgetting about the horrible experience of the last fuel scarcity in the country, queues are gradually making their ways back at most petrol stations visited by our reporter on Wednesday.

Some of the motorists who spoke with Aproko247 said they don’t know what lies ahead in the coming days.

“Can’t this government solve this issue of fuel scarcity for once?” one of them asked. “This government must kick start the change it promised Nigerians,” another said.

But the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, has urged Nigerians not to panic.
