Governor Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo State has joined the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP. Mimiko, who was before now the only governor of Labour Party, LP, declared his intention to join the PDP on Friday.
This followed series of meetings held on Friday with his aides in Akure, the state capital.
According to information reaching us, cabinet members of the governor will defect to the PDP with him.
