Abuja Shopping Mall Bombed, Many Killed

We have reports of a bomb explosion in a popular shopping mall in Nigeria’s seat of power, Abuja. The bomb went off on Wednesday afternoon at Banex Plaza in Wuse II, Abuja, a terrified eyewitness informed Aproko247 via our BlackBerry platform.

We were also told that gunshots were heard in the area.

It was gathered that several people may have died in the attack, though we are yet to officially get the number of people killed or injured in the blast.

Our reporter is making frantic efforts to get more updates from the incident, but we learnt that some body parts have littered the scene of the explosion.
