Veteran Journalist, Helen Eguabor Dies At 46

According to AIT, a veteran journalist, Helen Eguabor, has died. The woman, a political writer, died in a South African hospital.

It was reported that the deceased that gone to a hospital in Kempton Park, Johannesburg South Africa for a medical check-up.

Helen, 46, is said to be a devout catholic and a member of the Catholic Women Organization, Sacred Heart, Apapa, Lagos.

She is survived by her husband, Felix ide Eguabor and 4 children.

Meanwhile, a statement released by the deceased’s family said Helen will be buried in her home town in  Ubiaja in Esan southeast local government area of Edo state on July 4, 2014.

Helen had her early education in Zaria, before proceeding to the Women Teachers College in Minna, Niger State and later at the Lagos State University.
