Former governor of Enugu State, Chimaroke Nnamani, who recently went back to the PDP from the PDC, has acquired over 30 Hilux Vans for his Senatorial campaign, Aproko247 has learnt.
Nnamani, who recently declared his interest to contest the Enugu East Senatorial seat, sources said, is banking on the support of the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, to actualize his ambition.
We were informed by sources that the former governor, who was also a Senator, parked the vehicles in his house in Agbani, Enugu. The vehicles, as we further gathered, would be used to carry out his political campaign ahead of the 2015 general elections. His return to the PDP, Aproko247 learnt, has given the party a big boost in the state.
