Come August 2014, the who-is-who in the fashion scene will converge in Oshogbo for the Osun Fashion Design Week. The event is precisely slated for August 29 and 30, 2014 and it will be an occasion filled with lots of fun, the organisers have assured.
The Osun Fashion Design Week, an initiative of Fashionistar, will see several fashion designers, makeup artists, models, music artistes, comedians and others coming to network.
It was whispered to Aproko247 that the likes of Modella, Lisa Folawiyo, Yomi Casual will serve as the fashion judges, while GT Da Guitarman, Yemi Alade, Chidinma and Olamide are some of the artistes expected to thrill the guests. The red carpet, according to what we gathered, will be hosted by Denrele Edun.
Participants, among other benefits, will have the opportunity to showcase their designs at the event. They also stand chances of winning several mouth-watering prizes and getting massive media exposures.
Intending exhibitors are required to pick up the OFDWEEK forms at Ripples Hotel in Oshogbo or do so online at www.presentershome.com.
According to the organisers of the show, free hotel reservations are available for all designers, including their welfare.
In the meantime, calls have also been made to companies, corporate organizations and individuals to support the programme.
