Power Failure Mars Sanusi's Case In Court

Proceedings at the Federal High Court Complex in Ikoyi, Lagos, were stalled on Friday due to power outage. The trial judge, Justice James Tsoho, was forced to adjourned the case filed by the suspended Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, to April 17 for further hearing.

During the hearing in court on Friday, there were consistent cuts in power supply from the power generating set providing electricity supply to the courtrooms.
