Former Presidential candidate of the defunct Nigerian Advanced Party, NAP, Tunji Braithwaite, is suffering from cancer, Aproko247 can authoritatively report.
It was learnt that the father of three is battling with a cancer of the liver also called ‘hepatic cancer’.
Information scooped by this magazine revealed that the founder of NAP is not happy with the present situation. The 80-year-old lawyer turned politician was recently flown to London for treatment. His ill-health has put some members of his family in anxiety.
Liver cancer is the fifth most frequently diagnosed cancer globally and the second leading cause of cancer death. It is a malignant tumor that grows on the surface or inside the liver.
Smoking, alcohol, obesity are some of the known causes of liver cancer.
