Nyako, addressing journalists on Friday at the Yola International Airport, the Adamawa State capital, declared that Tukur’s resignation wasn’t his only condition for him to return to the ruling party. He described the PDP as a party filled with impunity.

“The resignation of Bamanga Tukur is not a condition of my return to PDP,” Nyako stressed, stating that, “some of my reasons for not returning are that the party has became an empire of impunity and lawlessness.”
