Buhari Allots Portfolios To Ministers (List Inside)

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday assigned portfolios to 36 Ministers, who he will work with hopefully in the next four years to deliver the campaign promises of his party made ahead of his election on March 28, 2015.

At the ceremony held in Abuja, the country’s seat of power, the President urged the appointees to see this as an opportunity to serve their fatherland.

Buhari also charged them to work tirelessly to deliver the dividends of democracy to Nigerians, reminding them that citizens are very expectant of the change he promised them when he was seeking for their votes.

Former governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola was assigned the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing; while Rotimi Amaechi was drafted to Ministry of Transportation.

Lai Mohammed is the Minister of Information and Audu Ogbe the Minister of Agriculture.
