One of the fastest growing financial institutions in Nigeria, Heritage Bank, held its first Annual General Meeting, AGM, in Lagos.
The event had stakeholders of the bank in attendance and issues relating to the continuous growth of Heritage Bank were one of the things discussed at the gathering.
It was gathered that shareholders of the bank expressed confidence in the leadership of the organisation, promising their continuous support.
Some of those at the AGM held on Tuesday were Chairman of Heritage Bank, Akinsola Akinfemiwa; the Company Secretary, Olutomi Ojo; Non-Executive Director, Adetola Atekoja; MD/CEO of the bank, Ifie Sekibo; another Non-Executive Director, Alhaji Jani Ibrahim among others.
