N2bn Fraud: Court Adjourns Oronsaye’s Case to June 28

The case of a N2 billion fraud brought against a former Head of Service, HoS, to the Federation, Stephen Oronsaye, by the EFCC, before Justice Gabriel Kolawole of a Federal High Court, Abuja, continued on June 21, 2016 with the commencement of a trial-within-trial.

Oronsaye is being charged along with Osarenkhoe Afe, managing director of Fedrick Hamilton Global Services Limited; Cluster Logistic Limitd; Kangolo Dynamic Cleaning Limited, and Drew Investment & Construction Company Limited.

At the hearing on Tuesday, after listening to both counsel, the court adjourned the matter till Tuesday, June 28.
