Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, has maintained that his boss is not ill as being reported in the media.
Adesina, while speaking on Political Platform on RayPower FM on Monday, June 6, 2016, explained that going abroad to treat an ear infection does not mean the President is sick.
In his definition of being ill, Adesina said it is when someone is incapacitated. He said at the moment, Buhari is still full of strength or power to perform his duties.
When reminded that the President could not attend functions in Lagos and Rivers States some days ago, Adesina said the cancellation of the trips to the two states was not because Buhari was sick.
The President is expected to embark on a 10-day vacation in London from today.
