New IGP Visits Nigeria Immigration, Prison Service

The newly appointed acting Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, on Friday, June 24, 2016, paid a courtesy visit to the Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, in Abuja.

On his arrival at the NIS headquarters, the police chief was received by the Comptroller-General of the NIS, Muhammed Babandede.

Both officers promised to cooperate with each other for the growth of the country.

Also, Idris visited the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Prisons Service, Ahmed Ja’afaru, at the Prisons Headquarters in Abuja.

Outcome of the meeting was also not different from a similar one Idris held with Babandede.
