Nigeria’s Under 23 team at the ongoing Suwon Invitational Tournament in South Korea suffered a 6-2 loss in the hands of Denmark.
In their first game, the Samson Siasia’s boys were defeated by a lone goal in the 86th minutes from a free kick.
In the second match against Denmark on Saturday morning, the Nigerian side was humiliated.
Denmark went ahead in the game from an own goal by Erhun Obanor.
Emil Larsen scored twice before half time and once after the break to complete his hat-trick in the match.
Also, Patrick Da Silva and Emiliano Marcondes also found the back of the net to make it 6-0, but Nigeria could only manage a late brace to finish the game 6-2.
