President Goodluck Jonathan will kick off his re-election campaign in Lagos on Thursday, January 8, 2015 (today).
The ceremony will hold at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Onikan.
Already, heavyweights in the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, are already in Lagos ahead of grand event.
Jonathan is expected to tell the electorates what he intends to do if he is re-elected as Nigeria’s president in 2015. He will also be highlighting his achievements in the last four years when he was elected president of the country in 2011.
The presidential poll is expected to take place on February 14, 2015.

Earlier in the week, precisely on Tuesday, the All Progressives Congress, APC, kicked off it presidential campaign in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
