Canada-based Producer Premieres ‘June 12’ Movie In Lagos

A licensed hairstylist based in Canada has taken the bull by the horns to delve into filmmaking, making a new movie titled June 12, a day very special to many Nigerians.

This year, President Muhammadu Buhari announced that henceforth, every June 12 would be celebrated as Democracy Day in Nigeria instead of the usual May 29.

The new movie was premiered on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the prestigious Airport Hotel, Ikeja Lagos and was attended by several bigwigs in the movie industry in Nigeria.

Producer of the flick, Olori Funmilayo Adedeji, a Nigerian based in Canada, was visibly happy with the galaxy of stars that graced the premiere.

Funmi, also known as Iya Alakara, left no stone unturned in making the event a very classy one.

‘June 12’ was directed by Paul Abiola Bogunmbe and it is from the stable of Olori Theatre Entertainment & Productions.

Checks revealed that Olori Funmilayo Adedeji, a licensed hairstyling professional with successful business in Ontario and Calgary in Canada is an accomplished homemaker, loving wife to her supportive husband and caring mother to her beautiful children.

According to the industry watchers, they disclosed that JUNE 12 is a fantastic master piece positioned to change the perception of good movie lovers and the production know how in this country.
