Ontrade Solid Concept Limited is partnering with the Benue State Government to celebrate Benue Heroes to commemorate the state at 40, an event aimed at drawing global attention to the as investment haven in the tourism industry.
Benue State, known as the food basket of the nation, has lots of untapped resources, which this event hopes to highlight and create a platform for investors to discover the rich cultural heritage in the middle belt state.
From what we gathered, the celebration will kick off with a world press conference on June 30, 2016, with the state governor, Samuel Ortom as the special guest of honour.
At the conference, Monica Ogah, MTN 2011 Project Fame winner, will be officially unveiled as the face of Benue Hero.
The world Press Conference will also feature the official unveiling of all the Benue Heroes, the highlight of all the programmes lined up which include roadwork, nominations for Benue Hero Award, a business conference and launching of Benue State art gallery.
There will be Benue Day featuring ethnic groups in and out of Benue State; The Benue Hero Award which will serve as the grand finale at the Benue Hotel, Makurdi.
