A member of the Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal in Yobe State, Justice Audu Bako, has kicked the bucket.
The judge was said to have died on Wednesday at about 2pm at the Primus Hospital in Karu, a suburb in Abuja, after a brief illness.
Justice Bako is a member of the three-man panel hearing petition seeking to annul the election victory of Governor Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe State.
He was buried on Wednesday evening in his hometown in Nasarawa State according to Islamic rites.
