The deadly attack on civil servants undergoing their biometric screening at the secretariat of Sabon Gari local council area of Kaduna State has claimed 18 lives, Aproko247 has learnt.
Governor of the state, Nasir El-Rufai also confirmed the attack via his Twitter handle on Tuesday morning.
It is believed that a member of Boko Haram may have carried out the attack.
It came barely 18 hours after a suicide bomber attacked a mosque in Kano.
