This magazine confirmed this news via the ex-governor’s Facebook page. An elated Ohakim announced the news on the popular social media platform. “Our God is faithful! Please celebrate with me, I’m now a grand dad,” the former governor wrote on Friday.
It was reliably learnt that the wife of Ohakim’s first son, Obia, gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. Obia got married to his heartthrob, Oby Anunobi, on Saturday, February 9, 2013 in Abuja, after their traditional wedding in December 2012.
Ohakim is hoping to make a return to the Imo State Government House in Owerri by ousting the incumbent Governor, Rochas Okorocha, at the polls.
