One of the American health workers who contracted the deadly Ebola Virus while treating patients infected with disease in Liberia, Dr Kent Brantly, has arrived the United States of America, USA, to receive treatment.

Dr Brantly was transported via a medical plane from Liberia and landed at the Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Georgia, on Saturday before being taken in an ambulance to the Emory University Hospital, Atlanta.

Aproko247 gathered that the plane is due to return to Liberia to pick the second American Ebola Virus victim, Nancy Writebol. The patient is said to be stable and medical staffs, alongside the patient, wore protective wears to minimise contact with the infected person.

Dr Brantly is the first American infected with the disease to land on the American soil. He will be treated in an isolation at the Emory University Hospital.
