Multiple award-winning Nigerian actress, Kate Henshaw, has consistently shown that she is one celebrity that cares about the society, especially the less privileged. Despite being in the limelight for a long time and acquiring mouth-watering deals, the pretty mother of one is not in the league of stars who flaunt their affluences on social media, just as some of her colleagues do.

For Kate, giving back to the society is what gives her enough joy and happiness.

The Onga seasoning ambassador, according to latest information reaching Aproko247, has thrown her full weight behind an awareness campaign aimed at sensitising the society on child amputees and their plights.

The celebrated movie star, also one of the judges on Nigeria’s Got Talent show, has joined forces with Irede Foundation to bring succour to amputated children. Irede Foundation was established by Crystal Chigbu, who has a child with an amputated limb.

On Saturday, Kate was involved in a charity walk for the cause, which was organised by the foundation. The walk organised to also help raise funds to provide two amputees with prosthetic legs (artificial legs).
