Kwara Dep Gov’s ADC Slumps, Dies

Tragedy was let loose on Wednesday in Ilorin, Kwara State, when the Aide de Camp, ADC, to the Deputy Governor of the state, Gaya Mark, slumped and died while reportedly controlling traffic for his boss, Elder Peter Kishira.

It was learnt that the late police officer may have died of a cardiac arrest as he was said to have been suffering from a heart related disease before Wednesday’s unfortunate incident.

Late Mark was a police inspector and a father of three children from a wife. He reportedly died around UBA branch on Illofa Road, Ilorin.

Spokesman of the Kwara State Police Command, Okasanmi Ajayi, confirmed the development to journalists in Ilorin. His remains has since been deposited at University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital mortuary.
